Podcast Guest Terms and Conditions

Introduction
By submitting an application to appear as a guest on any podcast, show, or video program produced by EP Management, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Podcast Guest Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION.
In this Agreement, “We/us/our” means EP Management, Inc. “You/your” means you as an applicant or guest. “Show” means any podcast, show, series, or video program produced, owned, or published by EP Management, Inc., now or in the future, on any topic or in any industry. “Recording” means any audio, video, image, transcript, or other material captured before, during, or after your interview, including pre-interviews and screening calls.
This Agreement applies to every Show you apply to or appear on, whether or not you are selected, approved, booked, recorded, or published.
No fee and no compensation
Applying to and appearing on a Show is free. We do not charge guests, and we do not pay guests. You will receive no compensation, royalty, or fee of any kind for your application, your appearance, or any use of your Recording.
Application is not a booking
Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, a recording session, or publication. An application is a request to be considered.
Approval does not guarantee recording or publication
Even if your application is approved, accepted, or scheduled, we reserve the right to decline, cancel, or postpone your appearance at any point before the recording takes place, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice or explanation.
Even if your interview is recorded, we reserve the right to never publish it. We may decide not to publish any Recording, in whole or in part, for any reason we decide, and we have no obligation to tell you why. Approval, scheduling, and recording create no right to publication.
Guest selection and editorial discretion
Each Show is an editorial product, and we decide in our sole discretion who appears on it. Without limiting that discretion, we may decline, cancel, or end any application, booking, or recording at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without explanation, including before, during, or after a recording session. We do this for any reason not prohibited by applicable law.
Our reasons may include, for example, that we determine you are not a fit for the Show’s audience, that you do not have the experience or background the Show requires, that your topic does not suit the Show, or that scheduling or production needs have changed.
Accuracy of your application
You represent that everything you submit in your application, and everything you tell us during screening or scheduling, is true, accurate, and complete, including your experience, business, credentials, and results. If we determine that any information you provided is false, misleading, exaggerated, or incomplete, we may decline or cancel your appearance and may remove or decline to publish any Recording, at any time.
Format: video program
Each Show is produced and published as a video program. Guest interviews are recorded remotely by video, generally using Zoom or Riverside, or another video platform we select. By applying, you confirm that you are able and willing to participate by video, on camera, using the platform we designate.
We do not offer audio-only, telephone, text, or alternative-platform interviews as a standard option, and we make no promise or representation that we will or can change the format, platform, or production method for any guest. Our production, editing, and publishing systems are built around video recordings.
If you have a disability-related need connected to participating, please tell us in writing at support@investorfuel.com before your recording. We will review the request, but submitting a request does not guarantee any change to a Show’s format or platform.
Technical requirements
You are responsible for your own equipment and connection, including a working camera, microphone, and stable internet access, and for installing or accessing the recording platform we designate. We are not responsible for recordings that cannot be completed or used because of technical issues on your end.
Publication, editing, and removal
We have complete control over whether, when, where, and how any Recording is used. We may edit, shorten, excerpt, rearrange, caption, transcribe, repurpose, or combine your Recording with other content, and may create clips, quotes, audiograms, articles, social posts, and advertisements from it, including with AI-assisted tools. We may use a Recording on the Show it was recorded for or on any other Show or channel we operate.
We may decline to publish any Recording, delay publication, or remove a published Recording from any platform at any time, for any reason or no reason. You have no right to review or approve edits, and no right to require publication or continued availability of any episode or clip.
Name, image, and likeness release
You grant EP Management, Inc., its affiliates, successors, and assigns a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable right to record, use, reproduce, edit, distribute, display, and publish your name, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, business name, logo, statements, and Recording, in any media now known or later developed, for any purpose we choose, including editorial, promotional, marketing, advertising, and educational purposes.
You consent to being recorded. You waive any right to inspect or approve any use of your Recording or likeness, and you release us from any claim relating to such use, including claims of invasion of privacy, right of publicity, false light, or misappropriation.
We own the Recording and all rights in it. You retain ownership of your own business, trademarks, and pre-existing intellectual property.
Guest conduct and content
During any recording, you agree not to make statements you know to be false, defamatory, or misleading; not to disclose confidential information you are not authorized to share; not to infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights; and not to guarantee financial, business, health, or other results or offer securities or investments. You are solely responsible for what you say.
Your appearance on a Show is not an endorsement by us of you, your business, your products, or your services. Any promotion of your business must be approved by us in advance.
Guest statements disclaimer
Statements made by guests on any Show are the guest’s own opinions. We do not verify guest claims, results, or credentials, and we are not responsible for any statement a guest makes.
Communications consent
By submitting your application and checking the consent box, you agree that EP Management, Inc. may contact you by email, SMS/text message, and phone (including automated or AI-assisted calls and messages) at the contact information you provide, about your application, scheduling, and your appearance. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to apply or appear as a guest.
Relationship and contractor authority
Nothing in this Agreement creates any employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and EP Management, Inc. Booking coordinators, producers, hosts, and other contractors who communicate with you do not have authority to guarantee an appearance or publication, change a Show’s format, or modify this Agreement. Only a written statement from an officer of EP Management, Inc. can do so.
Relationship to other EP Management, Inc. programs
Applying to or appearing on a Show does not convey membership in, access to, or benefits from any program, community, or product of EP Management, Inc.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EP Management, Inc. shall not be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your application, any decision not to book, record, or publish you, any edit or removal of a Recording, or your appearance. Because you pay nothing to apply or appear, EP Management, Inc.’s total liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EP Management, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, managers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any claims, liability, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any statement you make on a Show, any inaccurate information in your application, or your breach of this Agreement.
Modification
We may modify this Agreement from time to time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted at fuel.investorfuel.com/podcast-terms. The version in effect when you submit your application, or when you record, applies.
Governing law
This Agreement and any action related to it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its choice of law principles. The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of Denton County, Texas.
Disputes
In the event that a dispute arises pursuant to this Agreement, either party may submit a written demand that the dispute be settled by binding arbitration utilizing the dispute resolution procedures of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Denton County, Texas. The foregoing shall not prevent EP Management, Inc. from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Survival
The sections on Approval Does Not Guarantee Recording or Publication; Publication, Editing, and Removal; Name, Image, and Likeness Release; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity; Governing Law; and Disputes survive any decision not to book, record, or publish you and any termination of this Agreement.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties regarding your application and appearance on any Show, and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or understandings, including any statements made by booking coordinators, hosts, or other contractors.
